3+ years experience in a Customer Service role. Flair communication skills in English, both spoken and written is a MUST. Expert level computer experience with documents, sheets, and web applications is a MUST. Excellent problem-solving skills. Detail oriented, highly organized, dependable, and able to multi-task. Self-starter with superior time management skills. Excellent customer service skills with phone communication, particularly with US or UK consumers.
