Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Product Management.
• At least 5 years experience in a leadership role.
• Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies for executive management.
• Ability to understand technical concepts with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex ideas into actionable tasks.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to write SQL queries.
• Experience with API testing/integration.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Oversee all stages of the product life cycle from conception to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Maintain an understanding of the cryptocurrency and financial infrastructure markets.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog and roadmap for timely project delivery.
• Provide project management expertise for complex programs.
