Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of proven recruitment experience in the IT staffing industry.
  • Strong track record of acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with Implementation Partners and Direct Clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about recruitment.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and professional with a positive attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree; a Masterโ€™s in Business is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop new client accounts in the US IT staffing industry, including Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
  • Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Engage with clients to explore existing accounts and identify new staffing opportunities.
  • Build strong Single Point of Contact (SPOC) relationships within client organizations.
  • Define and implement strategies for maintaining and growing business relationships.
  • Negotiate client contracts, including rates and terms, to meet gross profit expectations.
  • Leverage existing relationships to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Be accountable for meeting revenue and placement targets.
  • Analyze recruitment and sales data to identify trends and areas for growth.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
