Requirements:

• User research methods as well as processes for interpreting findings.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Human-centered design principles, inside and out.
• Ability to move projects through the design process independently.
• Effective collaboration as a user advocate and design evangelist.
• Effective communication and fluency in English as a writer, presenter, and facilitator.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding product strategy in collaboration with product managers.
• Creating prototypes that run the fidelity gamut: from fat marker sketches to polished mockups.
• Designing for both web and mobile applications.
• Performing user research, user flow mapping and presenting options to stakeholders.
• Using and contributing to our design system.
