Requirements
- Experience working in a Linux environment is a MUST.
- Experience in launching new instances of AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- Experience working with Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience working with end-users for service delivery.
- Experience monitoring alerts and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Experience maintaining internal cloud instances for overall availability and performance.
- Experience with API gateway.
- Nice to have: Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Standing up new server instances in AWS and other cloud services.
- Releasing new software into existing live instances.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud operations.
- Escalating complex issues to the development team.
- Working closely with the Dev and QA team to push out deployments.
- Automating processes to maintain the client’s environment.
- Participating in bi-weekly software releases.
