Requirements:

• Experience working in a Linux environment is a MUST.
• Experience in launching new instances of AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Experience working with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience working with end-users for service delivery.
• Experience monitoring alerts and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Experience maintaining internal cloud instances for overall availability and performance.
• Experience with API gateway.
• Nice to have: Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Standing up new server instances in AWS and other cloud services.
• Releasing new software into existing live instances.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud operations.
• Escalating complex issues to the development team.
• Working closely with the Dev and QA team to push out deployments.
• Automating processes to maintain the client’s environment.
• Participating in bi-weekly software releases.
