CloudOps Engineer - Austin, TX

Experience working in a Linux environment is a MUST. Experience in launching new instances of AWS (Amazon Web Services). Experience working with Terraform and Ansible. Experience working with end-users for service delivery. Experience monitoring alerts and troubleshooting to resolve issues. Experience maintaining internal cloud instances for overall availability and performance. Experience with API gateway. Nice to have: Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Standing up new server instances in AWS and other cloud services. Releasing new software into existing live instances. Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud operations. Escalating complex issues to the development team. Working closely with the Dev and QA team to push out deployments. Automating processes to maintain the client’s environment. Participating in bi-weekly software releases.
