Requirements:
  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.
  • Candidates must possess a current Top Secret Security Clearance and be eligible for DHS Suitability.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in program management and analytical support serving DHS areas such as Physical and Cyber Security.
  • Experience in monitoring project performance and reviewing deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the development and administration of RDT&E contracts, including tasks such as the development of solicitation material and administration of source selection reviews.
  • Monitoring project performance and reviewing deliverables to ensure goals are met while identifying program risks.
  • Maintaining and monitoring program budgets by gathering and reviewing monthly reporting from performers.
  • Organizing and coordinating all activities associated with assigned task order projects.
  • Providing support to Managers in engaging with DHS S&T customers on operational capability gaps.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on user requirements and emerging systems.
  • Performing routine tasks such as scheduling, writing memos, maintaining records, and preparing presentations.
  • Assisting with planning technology transitions to operational customers.
  • Attending meetings and contributing to program management dialogue.
  • Providing assistance in responding to S&T Executive Secretary data calls.
  • Supporting the evaluation of emerging technologies and systems.
