Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Significant experience in agile transformation, coaching and transitioning teams.
  • Scrum Master and RTE Certifications with extensive experience in SAFe and non-SAFe environments.
  • 10+ years of combined experience in Information Technology as Project Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.
  • Experience in coaching agile teams and assessing development maturity.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to create reporting metrics and dashboards.
  • Experience in leading successful delivery teams and managing software development across multiple teams.
  • Advanced skills in communication, presentation, problem solving, and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing the agile release train for a given value stream and ensuring scrum team success.
  • Plan and execute PI Planning and other ART ceremonies.
  • Enable teams to remove impediments and act as escalation point.
  • Own escalated impediments and raise issues to leadership as necessary.
  • Continuously work with teams to deliver PI Objectives.
  • Manage dependencies between Development Teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to address staffing and tool needs.
  • Coach teams in defining capacity for PI Planning.
  • Develop and manage program release communication plan.
  • Gather and report performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and other teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in training and workshops.
  • Promote agility and help resolve team conflicts.
