Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent.
  • Significant experience managing complex, cross-organizational programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).
  • Advanced knowledge of project management best practices including change management, risk management, executive reporting, and data aggregation.
  • Advanced skill in tracking project progress and identifying gaps.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in team environments.
  • Extensive experience working with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
  • Advanced consultative, conflict resolution, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Significant experience delivering presentations to teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee launch of value stream(s) as part of the enterprise portfolio.
  • Manage the framework for work intake, prioritization, and decisioning to maximize value flow.
  • Ensure governance decisions through the portfolio Kanban for prioritized value delivery.
  • Monitor Lean Budgeting guardrails for funding governance.
  • Create and maintain portfolio roadmaps for planned work.
  • Advocate for value metrics in portfolio reporting of metrics, objectives & key results.
  • Work closely with executive stakeholders for informed decision making and project prioritization.
  • Identify gaps in existing lean portfolio management with Agile Coach and implement improvements.
  • Adjust portfolio as necessary based on strategic demands.
  • Serve as primary contact for strategic goal owners and initiative owners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
