Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Significant experience in managing complex, cross-organizational programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).
  • Advanced knowledge of project management best practices, including change management and risk management.
  • Advanced skill in tracking project progress, identifying gaps, and communicating with business leaders.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities independently or in a team.
  • Extensive experience working with staff, management, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Strong consultative, conflict resolution, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience delivering presentations to virtual and in-person teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the launch of value stream(s) as part of the enterprise portfolio.
  • Govern the intake, prioritization, and decision-making process of work to maximize value.
  • Manage the portfolio Kanban and ensure governance decisions for value delivery.
  • Monitor Lean Budgeting to control funding of work.
  • Create and maintain portfolio roadmaps.
  • Advocate for including value metrics in portfolio reporting.
  • Provide key information to executive stakeholders for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Agile Coach to address gaps in lean portfolio management.
  • Adjust portfolio based on strategic demands.
  • Serve as the primary contact for strategic goal and initiative owners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
