Requirements:

• Expertise with Cisco Network Equipment and extensive hands-on experience with related hardware.
• Advanced knowledge of VXLAN, EVPN, Firepower, and various routing protocols.
• Deep understanding of IP Routing and Ethernet Switching.
• Network Automation skills using Python, Ansible, and scripting tools.
• Experienced in network security measures and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid architectures.
• Fluent in English (at least B2 level).

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 network engineers, ensuring professional growth.
• Manage project timelines and communicate effectively within the team.
• Identify process improvements and develop standard operating procedures.
• Design and deploy reliable network solutions.
• Perform network monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT staff and engage with vendors for new solutions.
• Plan network capacity for future growth.
