Requirements:

• 5+ years as a SRE engineer with a passion for technology.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale distributed systems.
• In-depth understanding of operating systems, networking, and cloud services.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Git, virtualization, containers, Dockers, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud providers, preferably GCP, with AWS and Azure as advantages.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong communication skills, adaptable to different perspectives and detail levels.
• Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and prioritize responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with R&D engineers on coordination, communication, and execution of production-related operations.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions to support applications and services.
• Develop and deploy monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and mitigate operational issues.
• Build a SRE dashboard with KPIs to measure application reliability.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for optimized user experience.
• Automate repetitive tasks to streamline operations.
• Participate in incident response including root cause analysis.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies to enhance infrastructure.
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
