Requirements:

• Customer service orientation essential.

• Previous EMEA or international experience essential.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position.
• Good experience of accounting and banking systems.
• Demonstrated financial competency at both strategic and detailed levels.
• Decision maker, motivated and objectives focused.
• Demonstrated competency in planning and management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial advice to the JLL team.
• Liaise with clients' financial managers.
• Maintain policies and procedures for financial services.
• Develop client relationships to exceed financial expectations.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
• Coordinate finance team activities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity and manage financial audits.
