• Training Experience: Passion for teaching and ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Webinar and Content Creation: Comfortable with hosting webinars and creating technical documents.
• Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Identify training needs and create impactful programs.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• SaaS Expertise: Understanding of SaaS environments and familiarity with technologies like APIs and identity management platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Training Programs: Identify key training topics related to integrations and automations, and build scalable materials.
• Deliver Large-Scale Training: Lead webinars, virtual workshops, and training events.
• Create Educational Materials: Build guides, FAQs, and training decks based on customer feedback.
• Stay Up-to-Date on the Platform: Update training content to reflect new product features.
• Measure Success: Use metrics to assess training effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Standardize Training Processes: Develop repeatable processes for training material creation.
