Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or 4+ years of related experience.
- Previous consulting or participation in large-scale enterprise projects.
- 2+ years in the IT industry.
- 2+ years experience in POS, payments or related technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- On-site implementation of live systems and conducting staff training of products.
- Train customers on the VenueNext suite of applications.
- Perform Site Surveys to gather information on stadiums and arenas.
- Ensure solutions meet the specification of customer requirements and verify requirements are met.
- Be a subject matter expert on S&E POS and payments products, both software and hardware.
- Review menu configurations with customers before the Implementation team arrives on site.
- Ensure follow-up and resolve issues from workshop sessions.
- Maintain product labs and assist in issue reproduction and research.
- Stay current on job related equipment, procedures and information.
- Manage travel expense reports.
