Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or education technology.
• Proven track record in managing revenue analytics, sales planning, and operational strategy.
• Deep knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into insights.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and strong communication skills.
• Passion for education and improving student outcomes is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage revenue performance analytics, reporting, and forecasting across sales and account management.
• Identify KPIs for data-driven decisions and provide actionable insights.
• Design data-driven revenue plans and align them with budgeting and resource allocation.
• Oversee territory planning to align with GTM strategies and maximize sales productivity.
• Drive improvements in RevOps systems and processes for automation and data quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance throughout the customer journey.
• Lead strategic projects focused on growth, scalability, and operational efficiency.
