Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Manages multiple projects independently, varying in size and complexity.
  • Establishes and sustains relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Provides monthly forecasts for HVAC installations.
  • Engages in contractor meetings for project planning and scheduling.
  • Manages changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
  • Supports the engineering team and contractors with scoping and structural analysis.
  • Communicates directly with customers, account management, and the executive team to provide updates.
  • Addresses customer escalations and ensures timely resolutions.
  • Collaborates closely with the fulfillment team to manage need-by dates and equipment delivery.
  • Provides remote technical support to vendors/contractors during equipment installation.
  • Reviews surveys for accuracy and quality.
  • Holds contractors accountable for communication and installation issues.
  • Assists with warranty and RMA processes.
  • Conducts job close-out ensuring documentation is filed and approved.
  • Manages financial execution within the project's budget.
  • Reviews contractor invoices for accuracy.
