Requirements:

• Administrative outsourcing analyst or equivalent industry experience; programming/coding experience within SaaS is a plus.
• 1 - 3 years experience with JavaScript and proficiency with languages such as VBA, VBScript, and macros.
• XML/XSL proficiency.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Understanding of payroll and EDI 834 file formats.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple client assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for all phases of new data exchange development, including documenting and communicating business requirements.
• Overseeing testing and facilitating on-time launch.
• Communicating with clients and vendors regarding requirements gathering.
• Coordinating with project team members to understand client-specific structures and file mappings.
• Documenting and configuring files, along with secure file transfer setup and testing.
• Acting as the primary link between internal and external parties for data exchange specifications.
