Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly.
• Assist in coordinating client accounts and maintaining accurate information.
• Proactively identify and resolve client issues.
• Prepare reports on account performance and service improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to meet client needs.
• Assist in onboarding new clients with necessary resources.
• Collect and relay client feedback for service improvement.
