Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture with a strong focus on AWS.
• Strong understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, and AWS security services.
• Experience implementing security controls and achieving compliance in AWS.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and/or AWS Certified Security – Specialty preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies, microservices architecture, and containerization.
• Familiarity with Java frameworks and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• DevOps practices integration experience with CI/CD tools and configuration management.
• Expertise in designing IAM solutions for secure cloud access.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect AWS-based cloud solutions focused on security, compliance, and scalability.
• Ensure architectures are resilient and can handle growth and unexpected disruptions.
• Implement secure encryption strategies for sensitive data.
• Collaborate with security engineers and development teams to integrate security controls.
• Provide technical guidance on secure coding within AWS.
• Maintain architecture documentation and support compliance documentation.
• Conduct reviews to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Evaluate AWS services and lead their implementation.
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.
