Responsibilities:
- Develop the scope and rules of engagement of penetration tests and direct researchers.
- Gather requirements and understand customer needs using consultative communication.
- Analyze the client's assets related to their digital attack surface and security programs.
- Provide technical expertise to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Review assessment health to improve test quality and mitigate risk.
- Assist customers in optimizing pentesting programs.
- Collaborate to address concerns and identify expansion opportunities.
- Handle technical escalations that may arise during engagements.
