• Review user analytics to identify under-utilizing customers.
• Implement strategies to maximize customer value from the platform.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and product/technical teams.
• Manage customer support tickets and improve processes.
• Oversee onboarding for new customers.
• Travel to client offices as needed.
