Requirements:

• You are an experienced Benefits Broker with a successful track record of generating $500k to $2M in recurring revenue.
• You have significant expertise in designing and delivering customized benefits solutions to employer groups of 50-5,000 employees.
• You bring substantial experience managing benefits programs for employer groups in the New York area.

Responsibilities:

• You will spearhead Nava’s expansion by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the New York market.
• Act as a trusted consultant to employer groups, advising on benefits strategy and optimizing their benefits solutions.
• You will collaborate closely with our Client Success team to ensure high retention rates and superior client satisfaction.
