Requirements:

• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in managing complex cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
• Cross-project/program dependency identification and management experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to network with stakeholders to resolve project issues.
• Effectiveness in working across teams with varying objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Must have work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple departments, vendors, and assets for project execution.
• Establish partnerships among stakeholders for decision making.
• Identify and manage dependencies across the organization.
• Implement project governance structures with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project staff and ensure adherence to practices.
• Support annual planning with relevant data for senior leaders.
• Provide financial performance reports to executives.
• Evaluate risks and manage mitigation plans.
• Handle project changes based on varying impacts.
• Maintain project management artifacts according to standards.
• Identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
