• Object Oriented Programming experience.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design and support custom reporting in NetSuite.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
• Project management, system implementation, and integration experience.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to understand business concepts and evaluate business changes on systems.
• Ability to support all new integration and data migration.
• Cross-domain, cross-functional, and multi-platform expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional configuration, system maintenance, and business process testing for ongoing projects and improvements.
• Manage new releases and updates to systems (NetSuite), test updates, and effectively roll out new features.
• Coordinate system configurations between NetSuite and other third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot problems including system interface/integration issues.
• Support all end user requests and provide issue resolution for NetSuite internal users.
• Collaborate with teams such as IT, finance, and sales to implement new processes and workflows.
• Support the creation of documentation and training material.
• Maintain user roles and system access working with HR for onboarding/offboarding.
• Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
