• 5+ years' experience in leading and deploying Workday implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Security, Reporting, and additional modules.
• Ability to lead projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated client focus and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven consulting abilities to guide clients to timely solutions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to mentor and manage other consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Workday solutions for clients.
• Conduct sessions to gather and analyze business requirements.
