Responsibilities:

• Assist the Reedsy Talent team in hiring impactful employees each year.
• Review applications for open roles and fast-track top candidates.
• Seek out passive talent and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Identify alternative strategies to attract new talent.
• Work with the Talent team to create and develop a great candidate experience.
