Senior Go Engineer - Protocol team

Requirements:

• 3-7+ years of experience in backend software engineering with Go.
• 2-4+ years of experience developing a blockchain client/node with mainnet launch and > $50m at stake.
• Experience in architecting, deploying, and maintaining a system with > $100m and/or 1m users at stake.
• Extensive experience managing software development life cycle for medium to large projects.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud providers.
• Desire to stay updated with modern best practices in software development and crypto.

Responsibilities:

• Develop our core software stack – consensus and execution layers, Eigenlayer integration, and messaging protocol – from design to production.
• Build a modular interoperability standard that is secure and adaptable to future innovations.
• Establish a network of validators that utilizes restaked $ETH.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain node software and off-chain coordinating agents.
• Provide thoughtful feedback to improve peers' architecture.
• Contribute to open source projects and support the broader crypto ecosystem.
