Requirements:

• BS degree with 4+ years of experience or MS degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience leading a robotics machine learning team through agile development.
• Experience as a Product Owner of a robotics development team.
• Knowledge in data-driven machine learning pipelining and deployment.
• Experience with verifying ROS components in a robotics or autonomous driving context.
• Strong project management experience with familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Solid technical aptitude and ability to understand technical designs and challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Independence and confidence to understand customer needs and make decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Translate top-down corporate strategy and milestones into detailed product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage and align technical roadmaps with group leaders and execute them with individual teams.
• Work closely with internal customers to prioritize their demands.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for tools and services in the Virtual Driver product area.
• Articulate problem spaces and empower engineering to design innovative solutions.
• Represent internal customer needs across the organization.
• Optimize processes for Torc’s go-to-market strategy.
• Identify and mitigate risks to unblock project execution.
