Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Availability for 8-16 hours per week.
• ABPN certification or eligibility in Neurology.
• Soft skills including listening, negotiating, decision-making, and leadership.
• Culture fit: empathetic, mission-driven, collaborative, precise, transparent, compassionate, and results-oriented.
• Must be licensed in specified states: Wisconsin, Kansas, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Alabama, Michigan, Illinois.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and examine patients with neurological complaints.
• Provide patients with a diagnosis and care plan focusing on health goals across diet, exercise, stress management, sleep, etc.
• Review appropriate labs and imaging for patient care.
• Conduct regular follow-up appointments to adjust medications.
• Offer chat-based support to patients during challenging times.
• Generate educational content for online resources.
