Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems according to established schedules.
• Perform repairs on faulty equipment or systems to restore functionality.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and identify the root cause of problems.
• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to assess their condition and functionality.
• Ensure that maintenance processes meet specified standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, creating reports and recommendations.
• Order parts and materials for repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
