Requirements:

• Masters level therapists independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• 1+ years of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices.
• Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology into clinical care.
• Must not be opted out of Medicare.
• Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and families.
• Conduct evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy, Parent Management Training, and Child and Family Psychotherapy.
• Complete clinical documentation including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans using the Little Otter platform.
• Participate in a weekly case review and manager meeting.
