FP&A Senior Analyst

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of FP&A experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree.
• Experience with Excel, ERP, and Financial Planning tools, as well as business intelligence tools.
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel manipulation, modeling, and auditing skills.
• Desire to build cross-functional partnerships and be a strong team player.
• Proficiency in developing strategic communications and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Analytical rigor and data-driven decision-making capability.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly/quarterly forecasts and annual budget planning by collaborating with internal teams.
• Identify, design, and report financial and business metrics via dashboards for CFO and executive team.
• Drive efficiencies in financial modeling through budget tools and ERP.
• Prepare materials for board and investor communications.
• Participate in discussions related to system integration, data infrastructure, and internal controls.
• Provide budget and financial analysis support and conduct ad hoc analyses related to business initiatives.
