Responsibilities:

• Manage projects involving the implementation of telemedicine on new markets such as Croatia and Bulgaria.
• Coordinate work between clients, operations, and internal/external IT teams.
• Oversee the translation of the platform into different languages and coordinate settings.
• Support upselling initiatives in existing markets.
• Engage in customer success activities for current clients.
• Participate in various internal projects that support the company's development.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timelines are met.
