Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a business/financial analyst in operations supporting Revenue teams, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data analysis to drive business decisions.
- Curiosity with a focus on why/what-if scenarios and a test-and-learn approach.
- Ability to work with leaders and stakeholders across various levels, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Independent worker capable of solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data effectively.
- Prior experience supporting the Customer Success organization is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau is required.
Responsibilities:
- Entrench within the Customer Success organizations to understand their data needs and influence strategy.
- Perform analyses and provide actionable recommendations for business executives.
- Build and monitor KPIs to measure the success of the CS organization.
- Create self-service reports and dashboards in Tableau, Salesforce, etc.
- Manage projects delivering data solutions for the CS organization.
- Interpret metrics to identify risks and opportunities regarding MNTN’s customer journey.
- Work with cross-functional teams to guide development roadmaps.
- Establish relationships and processes with teams in the Revenue organization.
- Conduct business modeling including data analysis and what-if analysis.
- Assist in implementing and tracking CS Incentive Compensation and Performance Management.
