Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 2 years at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• 2+ years of investment banking or management consulting experience is strongly preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing robust financial models.
• Exceptional communication skills for distilling complex financial information.

Responsibilities:

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and presentations.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budgets.
• Develop financial models for scenario planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial rigor.
• Implement procedures to streamline reporting and analysis.
• Build a data-driven culture providing real-time insights across the business.
