Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in accounting and taxation.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of Accounting Principles and Taxation.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• SAP ERP knowledge is required.
• Experience in an SSC environment is a key asset.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly tasks including VAT, Intrastat reports, Payroll, and Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Conduct year-end financial close activities involving US GAAP to Local GAAP reconciliations and drafting Local GAAP financial statements.
• Contact auditors for the preparation of the PBC list and external consultants for annual CIT questionnaires.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting, tax, and finance projects.
• Support the team leader for smooth operations and monthly reporting.
• Mentor junior staff to help meet client deadlines.
