• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to maintain work ethics while handling a remote role.
• Commitment to 40 hours a week during UK / EST hours.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Prior experience in Inside Sales or Business Development is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation via cold calling.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships leading to positive closures.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Continuously track and develop the clientele.
• Analyze and select potential leads with a situational approach to convince customers.
