Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably native English speakers or someone able to converse with a neutral accent.
• Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and excellent negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Capability to maintain work ethics while handling a remote role.
• Commitment to 40 hours a week during UK / EST hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in Inside Sales or Business Development or Sale & Marketing role is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation via cold calling.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to achieve positive closures.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Continuously track and develop the clientele.
• Analyze and select the right prospective leads to convince potential customers successfully.
