Requirements:

• PhD or equivalent industry R&D experience in industrial water management, hydrology, environmental studies, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies in thermodynamics, atmospheric dynamics, geochemistry, or material science.
• Broad understanding of water logistics and transportation infrastructure.
• Commercial knowledge and industry-specific expertise in water management.
• Experience in developing, scaling technologies from concept to demonstration.
• Proven track record in fundraising from early-stage investors or VC.
• Experience in leadership or high-growth enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• Co-found and spin-out a new company focused on addressing water scarcity in industry in collaboration with DSV team and existing Founder in Residence.
• Work closely to incorporate the venture with pre-seed investment and maintain ownership stake post-spinout.
• Contribute to the development of strategies for supplying water at scale and affordable costs.
