Requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, planning, and analysis.
• Start-up (SaaS) experience or similar fast-paced environment preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• CPA designation highly desirable.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support business objectives.
• Conduct financial modeling and risk management analysis to support business decisions.
• Manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational and investment needs.
• Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, tax, and compliance activities.
• Approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular financial forecasts.
• Identify key drivers of revenue and costs to optimize financial performance.
• Partner with the CEO and board for capital raising and managing investor relations.
