Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on whole-of-market mortgage options to customers using in-house software.
• Assess customers' applications and deliver high-quality recommendations.
• Keep customers fully informed throughout the mortgage process.
• Collaborate with application and completion managers to support mortgage applications.
• Actively test new ideas and processes for mortgage advice technology.
