Imagine Black is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the Black community through political participation and leadership. We provide a space for the Black community to imagine the alternatives we deserve. Operating as a 501(c)(4) multi-issue grassroots organization, we partner with Imagine Black Futures, a 501(c)(3), and Imagine Black Ventures, an LLC, to amplify our impact. Our tech stack utilizes several technologies, including Viewport Meta, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. We embrace a Black Queer Feminist (BQF) theory and practice, understanding that liberation requires uplifting historically silenced and vulnerable groups within the Black community. This commitment shapes our culture, guiding our work to be inclusive and impactful. We are a growing organization with a staff of eleven, operating with a budget of approximately $3.5M, representing significant growth in recent years. We're seeking an audit firm to provide financial statement audits, preparation of IRS form 990 and State Return, and Management letter.
