Technical Business Development Manager

Build and maintain strategic client relationships through proactive in-person meetings, job-site visits, and networking.
Influence product specifications by positioning lighting solutions with designers and key decision-makers.
Develop and execute annual relationship and revenue growth plans in partnership with the VP of Rentals.
Monitor portfolio performance by reviewing reports and identifying business expansion opportunities.
Partner with Project Management to ensure accurate quotations, equipment reservations, and order execution.
Champion company business practices, including the official rental product line and the single-representative model.
