- Contribute to the development, documentation, and ongoing refinement of a scalable client onboarding process.
- Manage assigned client onboarding activities and serve as the key point of contact for accounting and finance tasks.
- Review prospect introduction call notes to understand client goals and onboarding requirements.
- Develop onboarding request lists, timelines, and schedules while monitoring progress against service-level agreements.
- Coordinate payroll setup and transitions for new clients.
- Perform general ledger mapping and ensure alignment with accounting standards.
- Review and correct client accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Implement efficiencies in accounting files, including bank rules and automated processes.
- Produce the first month of full-charge bookkeeping for new clients.
- Facilitate the handoff of clients from onboarding to the internal accounting team.
