- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans
- Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Help staff understand features important for offering quality care to parents and providers
- Communicate with the team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines
