- Full-Cycle Candidate Management: Oversee the entire candidate journey—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding—ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for all applicants.
- Build & Lead a High-Performing Team: Establish and manage an in-house recruiting function. This includes hiring and mentoring recruitment specialists to support our expanding teams.
- Optimize Recruitment Workflows: Leverage modern tools and data-driven insights to continuously improve our hiring processes, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate quality.
- Enhance Employer Brand: Develop innovative campaigns and strategies that boost our visibility and position Residence Supply as an employer of choice globally.
