- Lead technical discovery, clarify requirements, map current and target states, and produce architecture documentation, diagrams, ADRs, and integration contracts.
- Define service boundaries, APIs, data models, and cloud infrastructure using IaC.
- Review code and pull requests when needed.
- Set security, performance, reliability, and cost attributes for solutions.
- Unblock teams, run technical spikes, and guide implementation on critical paths.
- Run client workshops, present trade-offs, and explain technical concepts in business terms.
- Keep solutions aligned with standards, security requirements, and budgets, and raise risks with options.
- Shape solution approaches and estimates and contribute to RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and client presentations.
