  • Analyze donor participation and drive engagement using tools like DonorSearch, LinkedIn, and CiviCRM.
  • Manage donor portfolios by communicating with donors and conducting pipeline analysis.
  • Perform prospect research and write donor profiles for portfolio owners.
  • Deliver on a portfolio of donors including scholarship programs and small grants.
  • Support Associate Boards across all five regions and nationally.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure accurate donation tracking and donor data.
  • Update prospect and campaign information in Trello and CiviCRM.
  • Prepare donor correspondence including letters, reports, and invoices.
  • Track and share portfolio analytics and performance metrics.
  • Provide staffing support for national fundraising events.
