HR interviewGetting to know each other, discussing your experience, our corporate culture, working conditions, and answering the candidate’s questions.2. Test task and English testThe test task is optional and is mainly given for Junior positions, more rarely for Middle roles. The English level can be tested verbally or in writing, depending on the role requirements.3. Technical interviewIt is conducted by the project management team and usually involves 2–3 people. The goal is to assess the level of required technical knowledge.4. Client interviewAn optional stage, usually held in English.
