- 6+ months of inbound/outbound B2B sales development experience.
- 6+ months of experience with high-volume cold calling (100+ dials per day).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.

- Preferred: Experience in a startup/SaaS company, strong interpersonal skills, familiarity with tech stack including HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Outperform Outbound Call Expectations: Consistently exceed 100 outbound dials per day within two weeks, manage warm leads in CRM, and uphold a strong phone presence.
- Source Qualified Growth Sessions: Schedule a minimum of 10 Growth Sessions within one month, achieving three per day by month two and effectively reporting sales pipeline data.
- Collaborate in a High-Performing Sales Team: Engage in feedback and coaching sessions, share strategies in team meetings, and collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to enhance sales performance.
