Lead cross-functional coordination with program, finance, and Executive teams to ensure the timely execution of donor deliverables like proposals and grant reports.
Manage development team scheduling, deliverables calendar, and operational workflows.
Prepare donor and prospect briefings, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
Maintain and improve systems for document management, donor communications, and grant deliverables.
Oversee CRM data accuracy, produce dashboards, and synthesize fundraising data for leadership insights.
Manage background research on potential donors and prepare donor profiles and meeting briefs.
Support grant lifecycle management including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and payment schedules.
