- 5+ years of professional experience.
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role for a SaaS product or technology product.
- Experience in Customer Success and knowledge of common CS tools and concepts preferred.
- Ability to maintain a professional remote work setting.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes up to 10-15% annually.
- Own a portfolio of Enterprise customers and manage engagement to deliver value.
- Plan and execute onboarding, training, and setup for new customers.
- Collaborate with implementation managers for successful installation of hardware and software.
- Manage customer engagement during the hypercare phase and ensure healthy outcomes.
- Proactively manage customer health and address problems to ensure success.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.
